How to print 5395 labels
- Choose Letter (8.5 × 11 in) paper and print at 100% / "Actual size". "Fit to page" shrinks the page and moves every label.
- Use the manual or bypass tray if your printer has one, and load one sheet at a time.
- Check the pack says your printer type: laser labels in a laser printer, inkjet labels in an inkjet.
- Print a test on plain paper first and hold it over a label sheet against a window.
- If everything is shifted the same way, use the printer alignment adjustment to correct it.
Still slightly off? Use the printer alignment test to correct it once for your printer.
If something prints wrong

5395 template questions
Does this template work with Avery 8395, 25395, 42395 as well as 5395?
Yes. 5395 and 8395, 25395, 42395, 45395, 48395 are the same sheet sold under different pack numbers: 8 labels of 2-1/3" × 3-3/8" on US Letter paper. Any of them prints correctly from this template.
Can I print a guest list straight onto 5395 badges?
Yes. Upload the spreadsheet with your guest or attendee names and every badge is filled in order, 8 per sheet. Names are centered and the first line is bold by default, and you can put the company or role on the second line.
Can I start on a part-used sheet of 5395 labels?
Yes. Set "Start at label" to the first empty position, counting left to right and then down, and the labels before it are left blank. This sheet has 2 labels across and 4 rows.
Why are my 5395 labels printing slightly off?
Almost always one of two things: the PDF was printed with "Fit to page" instead of "Actual size" (100%), or your printer feeds the page a millimetre or two out of position. Print the alignment test once, type the two numbers it shows, and it is applied to every PDF you make in this browser afterwards.
Do I need an account, and is there a limit on how many labels?
No account and no limit. The tool is free, there is nothing to install, and a list of 10,000 rows takes about a second because everything runs inside your browser.
