A template does not line up

This is the most useful kind of message. To make it fixable, please include:

• The sheet number on your label pack, and the number of the template you used.
• Which way it is off, and by how much — a ruler measurement in millimetres is ideal.
• Whether every label is off by the same amount, or whether the error grows down the page.
• Your printer model, and whether you used the main tray or the manual feed.
• Whether you printed at 100% / "Actual size".

Before writing, it is worth running the alignment test. It separates a printer offset from a genuine template error in one plain-paper print, and the answer is in why labels print off center more often than not.

Request a label size

Sheet sizes get added based on what people ask for. Send the pack number, the label size, how many are on a sheet, and the paper size. A photo of the pack helps. Both US Letter and A4 sheets are supported, so either is worth asking for.

You can. The templates and the PDFs you make with them are free to use for anything, including commercial work, with no attribution needed. See the terms for the full wording.
