Sticky name tags or insert cards?
Adhesive name tags (8 per sheet) peel off and stick to clothing — the "Hello, my name is" kind. They are the quick option for a meeting, a class visit or a one-morning event, and nobody has to hand anything back.
Insert cards (3" × 4", 6 per sheet) are printed on card and slide into a plastic holder on a lanyard or clip. They survive a multi-day conference and look considerably better in photographs.
Printing from a guest list
Upload the attendee list and each badge takes one row. The first line is bold and larger, which is what you want for a name; put the company, role or table number on the second line.
Names are printed as typed, so it is worth running the capitalization clean-up if your list came back from a form full of ALL CAPS entries.

Can I print the same badge design with different names?
Yes, that is the normal use: upload or paste the list of names and every badge is filled in order. There is no per-badge design step to repeat.
Why is the first line bigger than the rest?
Badges default to a centered, bold first line so the name is readable across a room. You can turn that off in the options if you want every line the same.
Will a long name shrink just that badge?
Text size is chosen per label, so a long name shrinks only its own badge. Within one badge every line uses the same size, so a very long company name will pull the name down with it.
