How to print 5164 labels
- Choose Letter (8.5 × 11 in) paper and print at 100% / "Actual size". "Fit to page" shrinks the page and moves every label.
- Use the manual or bypass tray if your printer has one, and load one sheet at a time.
- Check the pack says your printer type: laser labels in a laser printer, inkjet labels in an inkjet.
- Print a test on plain paper first and hold it over a label sheet against a window.
- If everything is shifted the same way, use the printer alignment adjustment to correct it.
Still slightly off? Use the printer alignment test to correct it once for your printer.
If something prints wrong

5164 template questions
How much fits on a 3-1/3" × 4" label?
Nine lines at the default 20 pt, about 27 characters across. Choose 12 pt instead and the same label takes sixteen lines of up to 46 characters.
Can I put the sender and the recipient on one 5164 label?
Yes. Type both in one block: the recipient first, then a "From:" line and your own address, with no blank line in between, because a blank line starts the next label. Nine lines at 20 pt leave room for both, and "Bold first line" makes the recipient's name stand out.
Can I print shipping labels for my orders from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Export the orders as a CSV or Excel file, upload it in step 2, and click the column names to build the label, for example {Name}, {Address 1} and {City}. Six orders fill a sheet, and "Choose rows or sort" lets you print only the orders you need.
